Gift Wrapping & Gift Cards
Gift boxes & ribbon are available to add to your order for a small fee.
Small gift cards for personal messages are available at no charge.
Items that are ready to ship will be shipped within 24-48 hours of cleared payment.
Purchases made on the weekend will ship Monday.
Shipping Gifts to an Alternate Address
Often times customers purchase a gift, and would like it shipped directly to the recipient. I am very happy to accommodate these requests. Simply contact me to advise me of the address change before purchase.
Shipping Custom Orders
Custom orders with in stock supplies can be completed
& shipped within a few days.
Custom orders that require out of stock components require more time to complete and ship.
Please allow 4-8 weeks for a special custom order.
To keep shipping costs minimal for my customers, domestic & international packages are shipped by Light Packet Air Mail through Canada Post. This method does not include tracking. Including tracking on your package increases the cost of shipping greatly.

Shipping is automatically set at a flat rate for every purchase.
Flat Rate ~ $8.75 for Domestic & International Orders
Tracking is NOT available with this shipping option.
Priority or Expedited Shipping
Rush shipping is available if your order is time sensitive. Simply choose Expedited or Priority shipping during checkout to upgrade shipping. This option is only available to Canadian and US customers. Overseas shipping upgrades are not available at this time.

Refunds or Exchanges
A rosary is a very personal and sacred item. And I want you to be happy with your rosary. If for any reason you are not delighted with your purchase, you may return the item (in it's original condition) within 7 days of receipt and I will be happy to refund your purchase price, or offer you an exchange on an item of equal value.

Refund or Exchanges on Custom Orders
Please understand that I cannot offer refunds or exchanges on pieces that have been custom made.
How To Return An Item
Contact me first, so I can expect the return and confirm the return address with you. Carefully pack the item in a bubble mailer to ensure it remains undamaged. Once I receive the item I will issue a refund or exchange. The item must be unused, undamaged and received in it's original condition to be eligible for a refund.
My pieces are constructed for everyday use and are guaranteed against breakage. Repairs are rarely necessary. If however, your rosary should break for whatever reason, you may return if for repair.
Return all available pieces and I will repair the rosary at no charge,
less replacement parts & shipping.
Contact me before returning the rosary, so I can order any necessary parts and confirm the return address.
